Changing Flag text and colors

Is there any way to change the Text on the flags from "Red Flag" and "Purple
Flag" to something like "Back-Order" and "Special Order"?

It seems ridiculous to have to write down what the flags are for if I can
change the text but I can't find the control set for those objects.
