Changing Formulars to results

How do i change an entire Sheet from formulars to the results.

I have links to databases etc, and want to send my spreadsheet t
another user on a different system.

How do i do this please

First make sure you have a backup copy of the file

Select everything on the sheet (Control + A)

Go to Edit/Copy

Go to Edit/ Paste Special

Select Values

Hit OK

This will replace all the information on the sheet with the values.
