Changing from Mac to Windows

I'm changing from a Mac to Windows XP. How do I transfer
all of the old emails, folders and rules that I used on
the Mac (Outlook Express 5.02) to my windows XP using
Outlook 2000? I have searched everywhere and can't seem
to find any information how to do this. Thanks
