Changing from MAK to KMS

I have about 8 physical Windows 2008 servers which were activated using a
MAK. I am just about to install our first KMS server and want to change
these 8 to KMS to meet the 5 Physical host requirement. 2 of the 8 are
Win2k8 running Exchange 2007 Mailbox DB in SCC.
