Changing "From" name

I just bought a new MacBook Air. Sending emails from Entourage (linked to my hotmail a/c) results in the from line on recipients' emails saying MacBook Air! Anyone know how I can fix it? Thanks

Thank you, JR. The only thing missing from your reply was the need to double-click on the Account name in the Accounts box, which brought up an edit menu. I had been there before but tried 2x-clicking because you were so certain!
So thanks again and hopefully other users will gain from this too.
