changing from office 2000 to Office xp

I had office 2000 on my pc running windows ME. Just
upgraded to Windows XP professional. Also have Office Xp
professional that I can install do I need to Uninstall
OFFICE 2000 and then Install Office XP or will The Office
XP just upgrade it. The disks I have is not the OFICCE XP
upgrade.

You can install over the top of the previous version and select the option
to not keep any of the programs.

Hi Greg,

You can choose to have Office XP replace Office 2000
or to retain all or part of it. The default is replace
with newer version. Use the custom install choice to
have more control of the selections.

In either case, backup your files first, just in case :)
