changing from Office 2003 with XP to Office 2007 with Vista

I have Office 2003 on my current computer that utilizes Windows XP. I will
be purchasing a new computer that utilizes Vista. Can I install Office 2003
on my new computer and purchase the Office 2007 upgrade or do I need to
purchase the full product for Office 2007 due to switching over to Vista?
