Changing Header Definitions

How can I change the definition of H1 headers so that
they are always at the top of a page?

Len,

You need to modify the Style>Paragraph>Line and Page Breaks>Page Break
Before setting of your style and Add to Template.

I have actually got the same problem as Len. My document
is mainly in portrait format, but some pages are in
landscape format. How can I get headers that are always on
top of the page (i.e. on the right hand side of the paper
in the case of pages in landscape format)? I did not find
any option for this in the window mentionaed by Greg.
