changing hosted Exchange services

I am changing the hosted Exchange service I use, and I can't get Outlook 2003
to accept the change. I enter in the information for the new service, and it
tells me it can't log on to the server. Is there some trick for totally
getting rid of the old service's info?

You can delete the old profile or create a new one (keeping the old one for
now).

Is the logon information correct?
