Changing IMAP and SMTP Server Names

Is there a quick and easy solution to change the IMAP and SMTP server names ?
Our company is going to be changing server names soon, and I have over 150
remote latop users that I need to change.

Any input that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

The computers are running Windows XP and 2000, with Office 2003.
The email server is running on IPlanet.
