How do I change the language on the Office XP? Should i uninstall the
programs? Will my files be deleted? please help.

What do you mean by "change the language"? Do you mean the GUI (I think, and
someone correct me if I'm wrong, that you can only install Office in the
same language as the OS - e.g. you cannot install a French or Japanese
version if your OS is in English) or do you mean you wish to spellcheck, or
type, in another language?

Your post isn't clear - please clarify.
