changing line style in Org Charts

I am having difficulty changing the line style of the boxes in Org Charts
using Visio 2003. Seems silly, I know, but true.

When placing a box, the box always has a DOUBLE line around the shape. No
matter what I do, I have a double line around each box. Change line style,
change line width, change box style, change Org chart theme .... no matter
what -- the line is a double line.

How can I change the line around the Org Chart shapes to a SINGLE line?

Thanks for any guidance ... my head is getting sore from banging it against
the monitor sfcreen!

The lines around those shapes are not controlled by the line style,
they are actually two concentric boxes.
A way to get rid of the inner box is to select the shape then
menu Window -> Show Shapesheet
scroll down to the Geometry 2 section and then type TRUE into the
Geometry.2.NoLine cell.

WOW! Not the least bit intuitive! GOLD START FOR PAUL!

Ummm ... if I select multiple boxes, I am a little confused because now I
see lots of GEOMETRY groups in the Show Shapesheet window. How would I
reformat all of them at once?

You can this via the Document Stencil
menu File -> Shapes -> Show Document Stencil
double click the Appropriate shape

OK - so the next time I start an org chart I'll do that -- because it does
not seem to affect any of the boxes that are already on the chart.

The Show Shapesheet solutions works great for one at a time. The Show
Document Stencil works great for any future creations ... but to correct the
three dozen I already have????

Editing the document stencil should change the shapes in the current
document. When the master is edited you should be asked whether you
want to update the shapes in the document.

No, I do not get a prompt like that. I get a prompt that asks do I want to
Update the 'Manager' and I choose YES, but it does not have any affect on any
EXISTING boxes. New boxes, yes, they come out with the new design.

In that case some other operation has been performed on the shapes to
split them from their master in the document stencil. Is there another
shape called Manager.xx in the document stencil?
