Changing location of files

I would like to copy everything included in Entourage onto an external drive. This drive is ALWAYS connected to my laptop. What would be the best steps to do this rather than exporting each folder and then having to import them again from a different location?

You can move the Identity folder (or the entire Microsoft User Data
folder) to the location you want and alias it back to where it should be
(you can also use a Symlink).

Exportign and reimporting wouldn't work anyway.
