Changing Name on MS Office License

[Victim of Office Hand-Me-Downs]

i am working on my co-workers old computer. can i and how
do i get her name off of the word, excel, etc. licensing.
when i save something, i want it to be me who saved it and
not her. and when i put a password on something, i want it
to be me who put a password on it not her. i've tried re-
installing but i never got the option to change
the "licensed to" name.
i appreciate the help
