Changing names

Lynne S.

I want to change the names in my contacts from all caps to upper and lower.
The person before me put all the names in in capital letters and this won't
work for the letters. I really don't want to go into each one individually
since there are alot. Any way to do it all at once? Please?

Unless you are a very good programmer who can write complicated code, no.
Outlook would have no such feature. No one would ever anticipate the need
for it.

Export to Excel, change the case using a formula and import.

Thanks, I didn't think of exporting to excel. I'll give that a shot.
