Changing names

I have a few colleagues getting married shortly and they have asked if their
email address will change to the marital name.

Is their any easy way to do this or best way other people have used ­ I
don¹t really want to create a new account due to their database sizes.

really want to create a new account due to their database sizes.

An Entourage Identity can contain multiple email addresses. How you handle a
name change really has nothing to do with creating a new Identity. It's just
like when you move and get a new email address, you send out notices that
you have a new address and continue to receive mail at both for up to a year
to cover everyone as they make the change over.
