Changing Navigation Structure

Hello:

I was asked to change my navigation structure from the side of my website.
On the Home page, I need to break it up and place in four sections instead of
all the scrooling on the left hand side of the page. Apparently, I am told
it's too much scrooling, so they want me to break it up on home page into 4
sections with certains links that are in navigation bar to go in each
section. Any suggestions on this would be great!! www.coarc.com
