Changing number of workdays in a week

L

Lars

I would like to have monday to thursday as workingdays and the other days as
non-business days - is this possible?

Can i copy this 'configuration' into an exisitng plan?

In the 'Gant Chart' view i got the resource names (full name) to the right
of the blue bar and i prefer to have the initals. I only figured out to do
this for a single task but is'nt there a way to do this in general?

Regards
Lars

Hi Lars,

1. Tools, Change Working time, Standard calendar, select the headers for
M-Tu, click nonworking time
Click the headers Sa-Su, click nodefault working time

2. Open both plans, in Tools, Orgnizezr, copy teh standard calendar as
needed

3. Format, Bar Styles, Select the kind of task you want to change, below
click text, for right select Resource Initials.

Jan,

1) and 2) are the 'solution' - thanks.

3) Your suggestion only works for one task not in general. If i select the
task row and Format/Bar Style/Select..Res init -> all task change to intial
after the blue bar. But if i add a new task the full name apears after the
blue bar :-(

Do you know how to get the weeknumbers to appear in top of the gantt chart
fx
"27 sept 04 40"

Hi,

As Bush sr. said "Read my Lips"
I wrote Bar StyleSSSS
Have you considered all types of bars (critical, noncritical)?
-
You need two tiers for that, twice weekn one 27 sept04, one W40
