If you are using Office 2007, then you can buy an English language pack
online from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX102113661033.aspx.

For Office 2003 or earlier, you would need to install an English version of
Office. Language packs are not available for Office 2003 or earlier,
unfortunately.
