Changing Office 2003 from French to English

Hi,

I just bought MS Office 2003 professional in French and would like to switch
to English. (I want everything to be changed: Toolbars, functions,...)
How can I do that?
Do I need to buy the Multi-language pack?

The "multi-language pack" only works with certain enterprise
(volume license) versions of Office 2003. If you purchased a
single-user version (like most of us do), then you cannot change
the menu language except by purchasing another copy in the
language that you prefer.
