Changing office setting for entire company

To ensure that all computers will run a file successfully, I would
like to have a script that would change the Excel Macro Security
settings to enable "Allow access to Visual Basic Project" and set the
macro security level to medium when the user logs onto the domain.
We
are a complete Microsoft shop and client computers are XP
Professional
- restricted users. Excel is installed locally and not on the server
and either Office XP or 2003 is installed. Any advice/comments
appreciated.
