Changing order of all-day events

I post all-day events in my calendar as "notes" so I can just go into
month view and look at my notes at a glance. Problem is, it seems to
be listing these events alphabetically since there are no times
attached. Is there a way to change this? Like being able to just
click and drop the event where I want in relation to the other events?
