Changing Organizational Chart color

I have created an organizational chart using one of the chart layout options
from the Organizational Chart Style Gallery (Office XP) in Word. The problem
I have is that the style I chose, along with the other styles I have
reviewed, are not appropriate for my needs. Example: I chose "gradient"
style, but the color is so light that when copied on a copier the color does
not show up.

I would like a basic style chart with only black lines and no color within
the boxes. Can anyone help me out on this?
