Changing our company letterhead which is a picture.

In the header of our company letterhead and other documents are the company
name and address information in picture format. I need to chage the address
on the header, but when I hit "edit picture" all of the text changes size and
position on me and I can't return it to it's original state while maintaining
the changes. How do I edit a picture and have it return to its original form
while maintaining the changes?

Word is pretty lousy for editing graphics; and if it's a picture you're not
going to be able to change any text in it anyway.

You could open the graphic (presumably originally created by scanning a
hardcopy) in a graphic editor application, make the changes, save, and
re-import into Word.

A better solution is to separate the graphic components from the text.
Re-scan the original and crop or edit to remove all text. Then in Word,
re-create the letterhead using actual text and the scanned graphic.
