Changing Ownership in EPM 2007

We just migrated our Enterprise global from 2003 to 2007. Even though
I established the new security and groups with the EPM 2007 security
model, I have run into a snag. I am the Administrator. Via Project
Center, no one can change ownership of a project to anyone else then
it was orginally established. Am i overlooking something? This is a
critical issue, and I need to figrue it out quckly.

Hi have you already tried changing owner in teh drop down menu within the
Project Project page?

I believe this bug was fixed with SP2.
