Changing ownership of projectsin PWA

I am trying to change the ownership of certain projects that are in Project Web Access, and I cannot find the option that would let me change the ownership from myself to someone else. Can someone point me in the right direction

Hello Chris,

Each new Project Manager needs to open each of his/her projects, and then do
the following:

1. Click Collaborate / Publish / Republish Assignments
2. In the Republish Assignments dialog box, select the "Become the manager
for these assignments" option
3. OK

Completing these steps will cause the system to redirect task updates to the
respective Project Manager.
