Changing Ownership

Hi,

I am having trouble changing the ownership of a published project. As the
Admin, I have loaded many project plans and now I want to change ownership to
the PM.

When I click, "Edit Project Properties", it opens the page, I am able to
select the PM and then I click Save => Cancel. Nothing changes. Even if I
do the same and click Save & Publish => Cancel.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this from here.

This is a known issue that is addressed in the following hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937908

A work around is to change some other data in the properties screen at the
same time, which for some reason makes the new owner data stick.
