Changing Page Orientation

How do I change the page orientation for one page in my Publisher document
from portrait to landscape? When I change the orientation, it changes it for
all pages. Inserting a section break does not do it either.

Select all on the page, group, rotate 90 degrees.

90 degrees?

Leave the orientation as is and rotate the text and images as an unit 45
degrees.
