changing paper sizes

1.How can I change the paper size to 11"x17"?
There are several paper options but none for this size.

2. How can I paste something without changing all the other
cell values?

Paper sizes available depends on the printer selected.
The 'File - Page Setup' dialog box should allow you to
select the paper size for the printer selected. If you
don't see the correct size, you may need to 'File -
Print' and select a printer that utilizes the right size
paper. Just Cancel the print dialog box after you select
a different printer. Page Setup will then allow
selecting paper for that printer.
