Changing Password in Outlook 2000

How do I change the password to a User e-mail account?
The User cannot logon to his e-mail account in Outlook.

Simple answer, you can't. The password is pretty hard to crack but if you
look on the internet for password recovery services, you will find several.

Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
