Greetings,
I need to change the phone number extension indicators in my address book to the one that the iPhone correctly recognizes and dials, i.e. from "ext.", "ext" or "x" to "p".
For example I might have hundreds of numbers that look like (123) 456-7890 ext. 123, or (123) 456-7890 x 123 and I need to change them to (123) 456-7890 p 123.
Does anyone know of an Applescript that will do this? I can manually search for and find the errant extension indicators but it will take hours to manually change the hundreds of found contacts.
Thanks in advance for your help
