changing pics on address label template

I have a template and want to change to picture. How do I do this? How do I
keep the same text format so picture won't move it. I can't get the Text Box
feature to be highlighted as I tried that option. Hurry! I need this ASAP!

I think in your haste to post your question you forgot to mention the
application and version of the application you are using.
