Changing Picture Format

HELP! I inserted a photo in a word document, and chose to have the layout with the picture 'Behind text' - but what I REALLY want, as it turns out, is the picture 'In Front of Text'. Since the picture is now behind the text, I cannot figure out how to select the picture in order to change the format. I get no response when clicking on the picture, I presume because it is hiding behind the text! How do I select the hidden picture to move it to the forefront?

On the DRAWING TOOLBAR -- click the arrow over on the left side (in Word
2000 it is immediately to the right of the DRAW button). With that arrow
activated -- you should be able to click directly on the image and "grab
it".

Thanks so much! I didn't think of using the drawing toolbar when working with an inserted picture. But it worked like a charm -- and I'm back on track, thanks to your good advice.
