changing pictures on homepage

Is there a simple way to add in changing or rotating pictures (photos) on the
homepage or other page? I don't mind using the Web 2.0 tools if there is
nothing available from this program.

Same answer as below...use the insert html code fragment tool to insert code
into the page. You can google for javascript slide shows, or some such to
find lots of different ways of doing this. You can also insert Flash into
the pages.
