Changing Pivot Table Column Headings

I have a sales table that I need to isolate First and Second sales figures.
Your help or suggestions on the best way to perform this would be appreciated.

The Data

Store 1 - 1/9/2008 - $2 mil
store 1 - 5/8/2000 - 1.5 mil
Store 2 - 12/1/2006 - 300k
store 3 - 12/1/2005 - 500k
store 3 - 12/28/1999 - 300k

To appear as

Store - Sale$1 - Sale$2 - etc.
Store 1 - 2mil - 1.5 mil
Store 2 - 300k
Store3 - 500k - 300k

How should I proceed?
