Changing previous users name when sending an e mail from me.

I am using Outlook and have a problem. The previous person who used outlook(
ie the person whose job I now have) whenever they would send an e mail it
automatically brings up their name. How do I prevent this from happening and
getting my name there instead whenever I create an e mail?

Any ideas or information would be greately appreciated.

Could you be a little more specific? Such as, what is your version of
Outlook? Do you have your own account set up? Are you referring to the
previous person's email Signature?
