Changing Projects Databases Default Languages

I installed Project Server 2007 en-us, then the italian Language Pack.
I have provisioned a PWA site, with Italian as default language.
Now I have to change this default language to English, in order to perform a
migration from Project Server 2003 en-us.
It is possible to change the default language, or I have to provision a new
PWA in Project 2007 with english default language?
