Changing reports into pdf format

Hi, please can anyone help?

How can I change an Access report into pdf format, so that I can save
it as a separate file.

pdf file
and has some things that make creating a whole bunch of pdf files easy.

You can download a freeware product called PDF Creator at this web
site:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/

Once you have installed PDF Creator, you will find that it shows up as
an option under Print. So, you could create a report and then issue a
command to Print the report, selecting PDF Creator as the "Printer
Name." This series of events will "print" your report as a pdf file.
