Changing resource configuration

Hello:

I'm using Project Professional 2003 and P. Server 2003.

I'm working with a project and just before publishing all the information
the administrator updates the information of one resource who is assigned to
tasks on the project. (The administrator changes the user access
configuration from integrated with windows account to a project server
account).

Then, when I publish the project I get an error on the project spooler,
stating that there is an error with some resource in the pool.

Is this normal?
