Changing Resource Manager on projects

How can I change the resource owner on projects so that the new person will
receive updates from EPM? I thought that I had changed it in the Project
Properties box and that would take care of it, but it isn't. Thoughts?????

You changed the Owner but not the Manager of the project. Refer to the
