Changing Review Respond e-mail address

Hi,

I have been asked to amend form that is sent out and when
opened, the reviewer bar opens up. When a client clicks
on 'reply with changes', a new mail window opens fine but
is pointing to the wrong email address.. How do i change
this so everytime its opens it defaults to the new one??
