Changing rows in spreadsheet

T

Terry Pinnell

In Visio 2000, I have a spreadsheet on a page. Several rows at the
bottom are blank. How do I remove them completely please? At present,
they remain as empty, with faint outlines, so waste much-needed space.

D-clicking the spreadsheet brings it up in a 'virtual' Excel window,
but nothing I do seems to get rid of the blank lines.

BTW, what is the 'correct' group for this sort of query please? I see
both microsoft.public.visio and microsoft.public.visio.troubleshoot
are used for 'problems'. Also, is it just my impression, or are many
questions never answered? Is there a shortage of experts on Visio?

I believe that you can "crop" the bottom of the spreadsheet using the Crop
tool
