I apologise for having posted this first on the 'office' newsgroup before I
discovered the Entourage newsgroup -

I have recently switched from using a PC to a MAC. For the past week I have
been using a G4 Powerbook with 10.3.3. O/S and Office 2004. Have finally
managed to import my Outlook messages and Contacts to Entourage and am happy
with the switch, however, I have a couple of general queries -

1, Even though I have set my email font preference as Arial 12 the screen
display is very small (looks more like 7 point). Ditto my signature which
is Arial 10. I emailed a test message to my wife's PC and on her screen the
problem persists. I then did a cut and paste of the message into a Word
document and it shows up as Arial 7.5. Where do I change the settings to
make the screen display appear larger?

2. I sent an email to someone whose email address I had misspelled (m
instead of n at the end of his name). When the email bounced I went to the
address book and edited the name and email tab to show the correct spelling
and checked that it displayed correctly. When I hit re-send it reverted to
the incorrect spelling and bounced (twice). The only way I could resolve
this issue was to delete the contact's details entirely and then re-enter.
However, Entourage still tried to send to the incorrect email address the
third time. It seems that there is a 'recently used address list' or
something similar that uses autofill - am I right? If so, can I turn it
off or, at least, delete the incorrect address?

Many thanks for any suggestions

Try selecting the correct address of the contact using the up and down arrow
keys when the Address AutoComplete list appears. If you changed the
contact's information in the Address Book, you should still be able to
locate the correct/saved address.
The only way I could resolve
this issue was to delete the contact's details entirely and then re-enter.

Yes on both counts. In addition to the contacts in your Address Book, which
always appear in the AutoComplete list, there is also a Most Recently Used
list. You can turn that off in Entourage > Preferences, under Mail & News
Preferences > Compose. Just uncheck the option to "Display a list of
recently used addresses when sending messages."

You can also delete incorrect addresses from the list. Create a new contact
in the Address Book with the address you wish to delete from the list.
Then, mark it as junk (Edit > Assign Categories > Junk), and delete it.
