If you're talking about how you get pictures out of your camera, that isn't
anything to do with Word -- it's a Windows issue. In Windows Explorer,
right-click any file with the same extension (I assume it's .jpg) and click
Open With > Choose Program. Select the program you want, and check the box
for "Always use this program to open these files".
If you mean you want to get the existing pictures out of the Word documents
and into the other program, do this: Open the document containing the
pictures. Use File > Save As, and set the "Save as type" box to Web Page
(*.htm). Save the document, preferably into a new folder so it isn't mixed
in with other files. You'll find your pictures in a subfolder under that
folder, and you can then rename them or move them.
