Changing shapes in a visio document

Hello all,
Here's my question. I have an existing shape on a visio doc (say a
regular rectangle). I want to change this rectangle to a tagged process.
How can I do this by not deleting the existing shape and then dragging the
tagged process from the toolbar? I am trying to find how to do this in
properties but I can't find it. THIS WILL BE A GREAT TIMESAVER!!!!!
