Changing shapes?

How can I easily change all rectangle shapes to circle
shapes in a flow chart, without losing the text associated
with each object?

After reviewing other messages, let me be more specific...

The shapes that I want to change are not always squares
and circles but they do exist in the same stencil. I am
looking for a generic way to change shapes of all kinds.

Unfortunately, there is no general shape replacement capability in Visio.

Open Document Stensil (Window>Show Document Stensil)
Select "Process" master on stensil, right-click and select Edit master.
In edit window, select it and open ShapeSheet.
Find Geometry 1 section and Right-click on row and select "Chance row type"
Then select Ellipse and close ShapeSheet window and Edit master window.
Text is not delete. All rectangle changes to circle shapes in a flow chart.
New rectangle master from FlowChart will be rectangles.
Tested in Visio 2000
