Changing "Show this address list first"

Outlook 2003

Can any one help script a method or policy to change the "Show this address
list first" field in outlook, and if possible the "check names using these
address lists in the following order" ?

Our company is going through an organizational change, and we need to change
the way a few hundred clients search the GAL.

We've run into the same problem at our organization. Did you manage to find
