Changing size of slideshow thumbnail arrows

I would like to make the arrows that appear on both sides of the thumbnails
in the slideshow larger - more visible. Getting many complaints that people
cannot see them at all. Please help!

Find the Template folder
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033\WEBS11\album.wiz\slideshow
And modify the 4 .gif images
