If you have no timings as yet it's often easiest to use Slide Show> Rehearse
Timings. Advance the slides manually at the preferred intervals. The elapsed
time will be recorded & you can accept the settings once you've gone through
the slides.
If you already have timings & want to change them click Transitions in the
Elements Gallery, select a slide [preferably in Slide Sorter View], then
click the Options button on the left end of the Transitions bar.
Alternatively, you can set the initial timings in that same way & you can
run the Rehearse Timings command to reset existing timings.

As a suggestion, had you simply typed the phrase "slide timing" into the
Search box you could have had this information hours ago

After you rehearse a slide show is there a way to edit the timings on an
individual slide (without rerecording). (I recall you could do this on older
versions of PowerPoint).
