Changing sound file in PP 2007

I have tried to change a sound file like I would in 2002 and I am not having
any luck.
What is the difference between the two?

"Change a sound file like I would in 2002" doesn't really tell me (or anyone)
what you are trying to do!

Sorry guess I wasn't clear, I knew what I meant! LOL

I have a PPS that is on a Vista system which has PP 2007, I want to change
the audio file that is already in the presentation to another wav file.
It plays on here when changed but no on another computer when emailed.
Is that clearer????

If the sound is a MP3 or too heavy, it won't mail
Be sure to use a wave file and even a lighter RIFF wave.
Be sure that when inserting sound, on the ribbon for sound to check that the
"100 Ko" is set to 50000 (the maximum)

So is this a continuation of the last post?

If so there are several different links there which all explain in some
detail how to embed the wav file. Just delete the current file and then
follow the instructions.

NO!

This is a different one and nothing works the same from settings used in PP
2002 to make 2007 work as desired.
I have already tried what the links supplied suggest or I wouldn't have come
back and posted another question! I am doing this on my work PC now not my
home PC. Thanks

Well, maybe start from the beginning and tell us the exact steps you're
using to insert the sound file.

We'll also want to know what file type you're inserting. Is it WAV or MP3 or
what?
